I came with a real issue of drug addiction and after years of looking for help through numerous avenues nothing helped. I have had 3 sessions with Rebecca and I’ve honestly never felt stronger or happier, she’s taught and shown me so much over such a little time period I can’t thank her enough. I would recommend her to anyone with a issue or problem which they are struggling with because she can really turn your life around!

My second session with Beckie! She had remembered so much from the first appointment which put me at ease and meant not having to repeat myself again. Beckie was really good at questioning my thoughts and helping me to see things differently. She helped to rewire my brain so that I didn't find certain words triggering anymore. I could have finished there, but Beckie explained what else she could do to help me so I booked a third appointment! I would highly recommend working with Beckie if there's anything that is stopping you from living life to the full.

I had my first session today and walking out I felt such a relief. I felt I could freely talk about myself and my struggles without judgment and at ease. I can’t wait to start my journey.
